I guess the weekends don't really motivate me to work out. When Saturday rolled around I had an entire house to clean which took a few hours but I still was able to get through Cardio Power and Resistance. Sunday was a different story. I literally sat around all day and did nothing. It was a beautiful day outside and I just sat on the couch and watched sports. I knew I had to mow the lawn and do my workout but I just couldn't motivate myself.
So I just took a rest day and decided to do my final workout of week 2 on Monday. These things happen I guess.
