Test 2


1.  Switch Kicks:  84


2.  Power Jacks:  51


3.  Power Knees:  88


4.  Power Jumps:  30


5.  Globe Jumps:  8


6.  Suicide Jumps:  12


7.  Push Up Jacks:  22


8.  Low Plank Oblique:  55


Quite the difference from my first test.  The biggest improvements were in the switch kicks (+33), Power Knees (+27), and Low Plank Oblique (+30).  I lost 6 reps. on Power Jacks but as I explained before, I felt like I was cheating on the move the first time because there is no way that I did that many the with proper form.
